Our Buyer & Seller Clients Win Another Award!

Over 400 agents are affiliated with Keller Williams Realty here in the desert, and yesterday was the annual Keller Williams awards extravaganza. For the second consecutive year, my associate Ed Borquez and I were presented with the award for being the number one small team in the desert. We transacted more business than any other small team (3 agent team members or less) by a factor of two to one.

We Accept This Award On Behalf Of Our Clients
While awards are cool, Ed and I feel that this award is really all about our clients. As two of the busiest agents in the desert, Ed and I visit more properties in more communities, and work at negotiating more transactions for our clients than the vast majority of agents. We feel that our being busy can result in a smoother and more profitable real estate transaction for our clients.

So the real winners of our #1 award are our clients. Congratulations and thank you!
